Operational procedures and controls evaluated by Grant Thornton include contracting, data importing, validation, reconciliation and security. The report process included onsite evaluation and verification of procedures performed by Benefit Informatics associates and software. Completing the process demonstrates that Benefit Informatics has efficiently-designed controls and repeatable processes in place.
