Employees can easily access resources that further enhance the enrollment experience. They can watch educational videos, compare plans and use decision support tools. With HR InTouch, employees are informed and empowered to make the most of their benefits.
Streamline Messaging to Employees
Whether you need to communicate about benefits, health and wellness, HR or workplace-related issues, HR InTouch makes it easy to deliver exactly the right message at exactly the right time. For example, you can send information and messages to all part-time staff, all managers or all employees at the corporate headquarters.
Employee To-Do List
You can also provide new information to your employees via an employee To-Do List that displays on the employee’s home page. For example, if you need your employees to review a new company policy, you can use the To-Do List to prompt employees to review and acknowledge that they have completed that task. Then they can easily see which tasks they completed and which tasks remain open.
When you need to convey a more comprehensive series of messages or tasks to your employees, you can organize content into a training program. Training programs can include an unlimited number of chapters and sessions, and they can contain video, text and documents.
Training program content can be customized for different types of employees, based upon their location, division and classification. You can require your employees to acknowledge that they have completed each chapter in the program, create reports to review program participation and you can even create quizzes to test how well they learned the new content.

Once a question is submitted, an HR Administrator can respond directly to an employee (if marked as private) or to all employees. He or she can then build out the knowledgebase of questions and answers that are available on demand through the Frequently Asked Questions tool.

HR InTouch offers several tools and resources that promote health and wellness throughout your company. Employees can take a Personal Health Assessment or access the Healthwise® knowledgebase to learn about thousands of medical topics, check symptoms and use health calculators.
The HR InTouch video libraries cover many health and wellness topics, providing convenient access to additional educational content. Administrators can further promote health awareness by using features such as a health topic of the month or a video of the week. Employees have many opportunities to learn about health and develop healthier lifestyles.
